Williams Pinball Volume 10 Brought Fire, Food, and Carnival Chaos to Pinball FX!

Pinball fans… Zen Studios came back swinging with Williams Pinball Volume 10, and honestly? This ended up being one of the more personality-packed collections they’ve released in Pinball FX - Williams Pinball category.

The pack officially launched on April 30 for Pinball FX on PC, Xbox Series X|S, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch, and Pinball FX VR on Meta Quest, bringing together three classic Williams tables that each deliver completely different vibes. One minute players serve food to grumpy customers, the next we're racing to stop fires, and then suddenly flying through carnival chaos chasing million-point shots like our reputation depended on it. And of course, special thanks to our friends at Zen Studios for continuing to preserve these legendary experiences for a new generation of players! Let's jump in:

 Williams™ Pinball Volume 10 Tables:

🔥 Fire!™

Things heat up quickly in Fire!™, a unique Victorian-era firefighting table that challenges players to rescue victims and battle spreading fires before time runs out. Featuring a mirrored playfield and intense pacing, Fire!™ stands out as one of the most distinctive tables in the collection. This release also marks the FIRST official digital recreation of the classic machine, giving longtime pinball fans the opportunity to revisit a true arcade favorite in modern form.

🎢 Comet™

Ride the rails of arcade history in Comet™, a carnival-inspired table packed with roller coaster energy and classic amusement park vibes. Players race around the famous Comet Ramp while chasing the legendary 1 MILLION point shot, which helped make this table iconic during the arcade era. Fast, flashy, and incredibly addictive, Comet™ perfectly captures that “just one more game” feeling that pinball fans know all too well.

🍔 Diner™

Step into a classic American restaurant in Diner™, where players serve up food to a lineup of cranky customers including Haji, Babs, Boris, Pepe, and Buck. The objective is to light up D-I-N-E-R and trigger Dine-Time while surviving the table’s fast-paced flow and chaotic energy. Between the colorful visuals, satisfying shots, and humorous atmosphere, this table feels like working a retro diner during the busiest shift imaginable.

Whether you're playing on a console, pc, or a VR headset, the experience feels fantastic. While physical pinball tables still deliver, digital is going hard in the paint.... and continues proving why it’s become such a huge part of modern gaming. The enhanced visuals, online leaderboards, accessibility, and convenience make it easier than ever for players to jump into legendary tables without needing an entire arcade in their living room.

Players can download Pinball FX for free, which includes a complimentary table to get started. The Williams™ Pinball Volume 10 pack is available for $14.99, delivering three classic Williams tables in one polished collection. I enjoyed all three tables. That's not always the case, some tables can be annoying, others are just... aight, but this is a solid volume.

So go ahead—serve some food, put out fires, chase massive scores, and... game on!

Lara Croft Swaps Tombs for Tilt: Tomb Raider Pinball Hits... Pinball FX!

Summer of Gaming just got a little more adventurous, and a lot more... bouncy (or should I say ricochet'ish?) with the launch of the new Tomb Raider Pinball Pack in Pinball FX. Whether you’ve been flipping paddles for years or just dipping into the pinball world for the first time, this latest addition from Zen Studios is an easy win.

The best part? Pinball FX is totally free to download, and the Tomb Raider Pinball Pack clocks in at just $9.99... giving you access to two beautifully designed tables packed with action, nostalgia, and plenty of ways to chase high scores.

Here’s a quick look at... Pinball FX - Tomb Raider Pinball

What’s in the Pack?

  • Adventures of Lara Croft This is your high-octane, globe-trotting adventure table. Relive iconic moments from the Tomb Raider franchise as you blast through ancient ruins, fight enemies, and unlock mythical artifacts with precision shots and clever combo chains.

  • Secrets of Croft Manor A slower-paced but equally rich table where curiosity rewards the bold. Explore hidden chambers, uncover family secrets, and help Lara prepare for her next big expedition—all within the shadowy elegance of her ancestral home.

Each table is layered with unique goals, cinematic flourishes, and dynamic physics... true to Zen Studios’ signature style. The blend of pinball mechanics and franchise fanfare gets two thumbs up.

A Shoutout to the Pinball Warriors

We’ve shared a suggestion with Pinball FX’s community manager: Consider giving the high scorers more shine! These players put in real work on the paddles, and a public leaderboard spotlight or seasonal showcase could really elevate the competiton. Let's just say... they're considering it!

For newcomers, the fun doesn't stop here! The beautiful thing about Pinball FX, is that it's a gaming platform in... itself. Tomb Raider Pinball is the latest offering among dozens of themed tables in Zen Studios’ expanding collection... that includes Marvel, Star Wars, Indiana Jones, and more. So whether you’re flipping for nostalgia, Lara’s legacy, or just craving that sweet clack of a perfectly timed save, Tomb Raider Pinball is an easy recommendation.

Pinball FX's biggest update is available today on PlayStation 5|4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store. - Zen Studios

I enjoyed the Pinball FX action from the new table, but... I give two thumbs up to Super League Football. Not only because it's free for a limited time, but it's really fun and gives you a challenge that gives you soccer vibes.

While I appreciate the growing number of pinball tables, I love the fact that they're listening to player feedback. Not every single thing will be cohesive, but the things that would make a positive impact on the overall experience... definitely keep them coming. Speaking of Nintendo, Xbox, and Playstation... I'm going to reach out to the team over at Zen Studios, because... why on earth don't those platforms have their own tables specific to a certain first part franchise or even a line up? Missed partnership opportunity in my opinion, and they can do the same for PC based on... Unreal Tournament.

Get Ready for a Category V Event as Pacific Rim Pinball Hits Pinball FX

Are you ready for some more Pinball FX action? Well, stay tuned because Pacific Rim Pinball lands on Pinball FX on May 16th!

The team says that you "Play through all the excitement of the first Pacific Rim movie and use your pinball skills to strengthen the link between Raleigh and Mako while resisting the double event of Leatherback and Otachi." I haven't seen the movie ever, but it's all good.  They go on to say that, "if you can get the ball to the bumpers you may even drift with the Kaiju! Wield those flippers well and you might even overload the reactor of Gipsy Danger and seal the Breach once and for all."

“The scale and the stakes are always big in Legendary Entertainment’s franchises,” said Mel Kirk, COO of Zen Studios. “Translating the epic action of the film into the confines of a pinball cabinet proved quite the challenge" (according to the COO), and Mel actually said that the chance of failing with this table... which makes me wonder why. Did they push it to the limit as far as features in a table go? It's a game so you can do whatever, but... if they're simulating pinball they have to keep the table in mind.

Pacific Rim Pinball becomes available May 16 for Windows PC via Steam and the Epic Games Store, as well as on PlayStation 5|4, Xbox Series X|S, Xbox One, and Nintendo Switch.
