Steam Cam: Streaming & Game Capture + FaceCam

I know there are streaming and game capture options out there... but it doesn't mean Steam can't step into that realm even further with a face cam option added to the mix. There are a slew of gamers who wonder constantly how they'd be able to have a face cam view showing during game streaming and capturing (trust me).

This... "Why Not" option should be available in the Steam UI activated by a hotkey. Having a 1st party app would be fantastic and the features could cover things like Steam chat and uploads to video-sharing sites. In addition, I'd love to see Valve bring some more 1st party games to the platform and... 2nd party games wouldn't hurt either.

You only get...One Life (in this game)... that's it, good luck!

Okay... sooo (right), there's this game called "One Life" where you have "One Life" and... that's it (you're done), because it locks you out of the game after that. We will be providing more coverage on the game, including a daring game review... just to see how long "One Life" can last in the game, as well as the various other things it has to offer (that make for a thorough review).

I don't want to get deeper than that, but I do want to point out something that should be apparent to anyone buying this game... (remember), don't expect to go C-O-D, or you'd probably end up one... and done quickly (if the game remains that way).

One Life (seemingly) would require a lot more thinking in my opinion. If you're just going in trying to take any and everyone out, that decreases the amount of trust you'd have with others playing with the game.

In other words... if you like to go Rambo, just expect for there to be a rise against you to make sure that the investment in the game doesn't go up in smoke.

This game is doing something no game has intentionally done before (from what I know)... and it could end up being good and/or bad. Bad for those that die early, but rewarding for those truly able to survive, gain friends... and trust as they band together to grow against enemies that also include... zombies. You don't know who would decide to do what in this game, so you'd better know your friends, foes, and frienemies.

My advice to those new to FPS games: You'd better get some practice in other FPS games, crank up the difficulty and up your experience before stepping into this game... especially since you only have "One Life". Coverage for this game couldn't come at a better time... Halloween approaches. Gwahaha(coughing)haha!

Anyway, if you want this game to be released on Steam, vote it up on Steam's Greenlight: http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=534994203

Star Wars: Battlefront 3 + Disney Infinity 3.0 + Nintendo... Nintendo

http://amzn.to/1WPT1pVHope everyone is providing plenty of feedback to the developer that's actually constructive (during the beta)... for the best experience in Star Wars Battlefront 3. The missions should contain some seriously good Star Wars missions, because there is too much gold there, don't sleep on it. Missions should rival multiplayer so that both are appreciated.

http://amzn.to/1WPT1pVHere is the Deluxe Edition & Standard Editions... along with the PS4 Limited Edition Bundle the one and only Darth Vader on it. That PS4 is nice, and what I love about the design is that its not labeled with the title of the game. Why is this important to me? Well... that takes a dated look off the system, because the game won't be new forever and having the title of the game would be like a timestamp (kind of like how some gamepads and fight sticks have the titles of games on them).

It would've been great to see an all white PS4 with Luke Skywalker on it too, but this totally works.

For Wii U gamers (though its a different feel)... there's always Star Wars action through the Disney Infinity 3.0 Edition. What gets us about Nintendo is that they seem to just roll with whatever they get. At least the game is available on the console... but it's just the standard edition. They still aren't exactly opening up the way they could and we haven't been presenting much Nintendo news (even though there is a little), mainly because there is a lot of repeat repeat repeat. There has been an even bigger shift in interest towards PC because companies have been a bit more open and a willingness to provide content, beta codes, etc (with or without us reaching out to them).

What content would be shown at that point? Yep... you guessed, PC content! We're going to continue covering news for the big N though... that's just something that had to be expressed. :p I'll end this on a lighter note: Out of all the Star Wars characters, Ahsoka Tano is actually ranked #1 for all of us at SDGT Studio. It may just be the amount of story surrounding her (but it's good and we like her personality), and there is enough for her to actually have her own story from youngling to Padawan and beyond. The crap she went through prior to walking away from her path to Jedi... was enough for her to get our vote on that decision. Anyway... game on!
