Once Human: The Post-Apocalyptic Survival Game + The First 30 Gameplay!

In the vast landscape of survival games, “Once Human” stands out as a compelling blend of open-world exploration, intense combat, and intricate crafting. Developed by Starry Studio, this multiplayer game thrusts players into a post-apocalyptic world where humanity is on the brink of extinction due to an alien contamination known as Stardust. That could've been the perfect name for a tag team partner to have alongside WWE's Goldust.

Survival at Its Core

“Once Human” challenges players to navigate a world teeming with monstrous enemies and scarce resources. As a Meta-Human, players possess unique abilities to combat the Stardust infection and survive the harsh environment. The game emphasizes cooperation, allowing players to unite with friends to build territories, fight off threats, and uncover the secrets behind the apocalypse. Squad up!

Crafting and Customization

One of the game’s standout features is its deep crafting system. Building a sanctuary is equally detailed, offering players the freedom to design and relocate their bases as needed. You will need to become skilled with crafting for a successful adventure.

Engaging Storyline

Beyond survival, “Once Human” offers a rich narrative that delves into the origins of Stardust and its impact on the world. Players will encounter various factions, each with their own motives and stories, adding layers of intrigue and depth to the gameplay.

First Impressions and Unique Elements

When I first saw this game, I didn’t foresee it being the way it ultimately turned out. Not sure what I really thought I’d expect, but the Meta-Human aspect is a nice touch and elevated it a bit more beyond arming oneself with traditional weapons only to take on the baddies. I think the depth of this game will please those who are fans of co-op survival, crafting, horror, and third-person shooters.

Tip: If you are looking for the Extradimensional Cat... just look on the roof of the home located just behind the Deadsville Teleporter. If it gets away during your attempt to capture it, no worries, just teleport out and try again when you zap back. Happy Hunting Control Wielding-Weekenders, Game On! Blu

5 Affordable PC Games for... $1+ or less!

While some games cost a pretty penny, others will cost you just a few. So for all those gamers who want to try something new for $1 or less, look no further. Here are 5 games that make it possible.

I'll start this list off with a third-person puzzle game by the name of, Neuragun.

This game gives you a series of challenging puzzles that put you to the test to solve a maze of mysteries, all for the purpose of trying to escape the science complex.

Neuragun can be snagged for $0.83, so if you have a buck, you're in luck!

We remain in the sci-fi category with a fantasy flare in this top down action-based tactical adventure known as, We Are The Dwarves. You embark on an expedition to find a new star in the depths of the Endless Stone with three Dwarven astronauts. The action may seem overwhelming to some, but the active pause gives you the ability to deliver your best strategies in battle with the Forcer dwarf, Smashfist dwarf, and the Shadow dwarf. If you use them to the best of your ability, victory will be yours. We Are The Dwarves is available for $0.55!

The sci-fi action continues with the futuristing ninja action in, The Divine Invasion. In this game, you join a social experienment where moral values are lagging behind technological progress, meaning synthetic life-forms, and AI will challenge you as you waver between light and darkness. Combat in this third person game revolves around sword fights and martial arts action. Grab, The Divine Invasion for $1.24!

The last two games may appear to be a bit of a head scratcher because, Euphoria: Supreme Mechanics, seems to have screenshots pulled right out of, Dofamine (although it's a slightly darker tone). However, the gameplay video is different for Euphoria, it looks as if you're playing with a superhuman character in a third person game that lacks of environmental appeal. Natural things like land and trees are there, but building are not. You just sort of navigate around these invisible platforms that are lit glowing.

Don't be fooled by this, they're both puzzle games with similar paths as far as solving mysteries. No biggie if you like these sort of games, especially since they're both sitting at $0.80!

Below is the actual gameplay as presented by WandaWeb:

Regardless of what you snag, just know what you're supporting indie devs, plus a charity.
So enjoy doing good things and as always, game on!

Rick And Morty: The Complete Seasons 1 - 6... Reviewed!

Shout out to WB for providing a copy of this product for review. My opinions are my own.

We've been here and done that when it comes to Rick & Morty Seasons 1 to 6, so this will be more of an article giving you access to previous reviews... while discussing what's available in this bundle + price.

Rick and Morty is an adult animated sci-fi sitcom that follows the adventures of an eccentric and alcoholic scientist named... Rick Sanchez and his kind yet gullible grandson Morty. The duo travels to different dimensions and planets, getting into all sorts of situations along the way. The show often explores themes of existentialism, family, and the consequences of scientific advancement.

The writing sends the story in various directions from episode to episode, but the storyline does progress... and growth can be seen in each character to an extent. Below you will find links to the review of all 6 seasons.

This 6 Blu-ray disc set comes with all 61 episodes, audio commentary, deleted scenes, "Inside the Episode" segments, numerous featurettes, animatic sketches, copious special features + more (that include a limited-time Rick and Morty poster).

When it comes to price, this bundle comes in at $129.99 SRP ($119.99 in Canada) for Blu-Ray & $114.99 SRP ($99.99 in Canada) for DVD. Of course, you can get the hook-up for much less, here!

I don't have a problem with the price, it comes with all the bonus material the team has cooked up over the years, but... I do have a problem with one thing. What's up with the poster?! You can't possibly go from the kickass poster from the Seasons 1 - 4 bundle to one of Mr. Frundles. I get it, I understand that maybe some people may get a kick out of it because of what it represents, but... no. It only shows his face in the corner, it could have shown something a bit more visually appealing or... give us a sticker of the fold that showcases his face. A sticker would've been a win in my opinion.

That's my only objection. If it were me, I would have maybe surrounded the family with Mr. Frundles in whatever scenario they'd prefer to do. I probably would have even made a Mr. Frundles picture frame and had the family in the picture, that would've made great use of the space, but I'm not a part of the team.

Story 5

Visuals 5

Audio 5

Price + Extras 5 (The other extras save this from losing a point for the poster.)
