This galactic adventure could go the distance!
The reason why I think this game could have killer DLC, is because of the creator behind this game. Look at Rick & Morty and how vast the adventures are. High On Life... is nowhere near the size of that multiverse, even though they're going in with a huge dose of the craziness that people know and love from Rick & Morty (saying the show name in my best English accent... because it makes me smile for some reason).
The DLC for each game could feel like a season of sorts, followed by a sequel where they do the same... followed by the same, something else that resembles that, plus another thing that looks similar to that one with different adventures... and all the extras that hopefully drive home you getting the idea of what I'm saying in this super long drawn out sentence. (Can you say this without taking a breath in between?)
It's possible just like Rick & Morty, and even though there are more potential ways to run into snags in game development (in my opinion), but... you don't have to worry about going from season to season in games that don't have such a setup. If they want to go hard in the paint with DLC for High On Life... that could keep them busy, but either way, I think it would be a win for Squanch Games + the gamers!

Tydy vans roam the nebula dispensing neat-freak Tydy bots into every ship they visit. Although Tydy bots aren’t hostile, to them you’re just another dirty, dirty object to be vacuumed clean. Unfortunately for you, Tydy vacuums suck the very air out of your lungs, making it hard to hang around.
The good news is that parts from Tydy ships can be repurposed by clever clients and used to build your own vacuum device: the whackuum. The whackuum not only dishes out damage to your enemies, it can suck blood from citizens and slag out of mechanical foes. It’s a double whammy!
But perhaps the choicest delight that Tydy offers up is the chance to rip out an ignition plug from a combustion chamber on a Tydy furnace ship. This plug can easily be turned into a makeshift heart starter, giving you that jolt back to life when you’ve been living life on the edge. Watch out though, because the furnace is a dangerous place…
Rumour has it that other goodies can be recovered from Tydy ships due to the large amount of discarded junk that the Tydy bots have been known to collect.

Explore and reshape distant worlds! Astroneer is set during the 25th century Intergalactic Age of Discovery, where Astroneers explore the frontiers of outer space, risking their lives in harsh environments to unearth rare discoveries and unlock the mysteries of the universe.
In this space sandbox adventure, players can work together to build custom bases above or below ground, create vehicles to explore a vast solar system, and use terrain to create anything they can imagine. A player’s creativity and ingenuity are the key to thriving on exciting planetary adventures! In Astroneer you can:
Reshape the ground under your feet as though it were made of clay. In Astroneer, players use their deform tool to dig, collect, shape and build anything they wish. Use this ability to dig to the center of the planet, build a ramp into the sky, or make megaliths just by using terrain!
Survive on and explore carefully crafted planets that can be entirely deformed and traversed. Our vast solar system includes 7 wondrous planets that players can travel between and explore every inch of, from the entire spherical surface, through treacherous layers of caves, all the way down to mysterious the core. Each of those planets has unique and challenging surface and cave biomes that offer a multitude of challenges for players on their journey.
