Every Umbric ability drains your reserves, which you can replenish through melee combat or unlocking specific skills.

Echoes
Echoes are vivid renderings of the past accessed through the Fold. In Awakening, Haroona recalls critical moments of her past, tuning into the Fold, which plays back Echoes of her time in specific locations. These manifestations can unearth suppressed knowledge but can also wreak havoc on one's mind.
