Arm & Hammer Fruit & Vegetable Wash... product experience update!

As some of you know... we've had the honor of reviewing the Arm & Hammer Fruit & Vegetable Wash last year. Loved it, it worked wonders on my fruit + veggies and I gave it a 4.5 out of 5. Fast forward to today, I'm still using the product... because it really comes in handy.

We were contacted recently with the opportunity to represent the product as a Brand Ambassador, and since we use the product... it was a no brainer.

(Here is my rating from the previous review.)

I really don't look forward to buying fresh produce when I'm out of this Fruit & Vegetable Wash because I like to make sure they're clean before I eat them; water hasn't given me the same results.

I was thinking about the difference between now and last year, COVID-19 is really making the rounds this year and I want nothing to do with it. I can't say what this product does or doesn't do when it comes to viruses and bacteria, but it is part of my arsenal of cleaning products before I put away my purchases.

Here is one of the results I've gotten from the product. The one in the front was sprayed with the Arm & Hammer Fruit & Vegetable Wash, the other was rinsed with water. I'm not sure if you can see the difference compared to the one in the back but the film is gone. It's easier to spray and clean the larger fruits compared to berries (in my opinion) but it works. Since the review, I've used soft toothbrushes on my berries to clean them (sometimes), but I usually just spray them... let them sit in a colander, and then rinse them.

I'm able to use disinfectant on the majority of the other products that we purchase, but I can't do that with fruit and veggies... not if I want to eat them. I guess that's why this product gives me solace (during this time) because I'm able to at least wash my fresh produce before placing them in the fridge or a basket. I'm sure some of you are in the same boat when it comes to eating something and not wanting to be concerned with whether it's clean or if the cleaning method was safe.

There are people saying that you can just wash your fruit and vegetables with soap and water (some Doctors included), but... that's never a good idea (according to the USDA) unless you really want to deal with mild gastrointestinal irritation, nausea, vomiting, diarrhea, and abdominal pain. I'll pass.

That's why I recommend this product because... it works for me and was actually made for the purpose of washing fruit and veggies. If you're still racking your brain trying to figure out what to do when it comes to cleaning your fruit and veggies, this is a simple solution you're welcome to try as well.

As a matter of fact, from now until 07.01.2020 (12AM EST) I will hook 3 of you up with a 16.9oz bottle of the Fruit & Vegetable Wash (sent directly from the warehouse) so that you can try it yourself.
