We're aware of the Coronavirus... and it crazy to have such a beast of a virus spreading the way it is,
but we thought it would be a great idea to include healthy ways to strengthen your immune system:
Eat a diet high in fruits and vegetables (probably more greens than fruits for diabetics)
Exercise regularly
Maintain a healthy weight
If you drink alcohol, drink only in moderation
Get adequate sleep
Take steps to avoid infection, such as washing your hands frequently and cooking meats thoroughly
Try to minimize stress
